| 連絡事項や アピールポイント | Join the Meikun Giants, a local softball team in Imabari. Whether you’re an ALT, an international student, or simply new to the area, it’s a chance to meet local people and enjoy being part of a team. We play to win, but enjoying the game and supporting each other matter just as much. All experience levels are welcome, including complete beginners and anyone who hasn’t played in years. Only here for a few months? You’re still welcome. We play around 25 games and hold about 70 practices a year, so there are plenty of opportunities to join when your schedule allows. There’s no expectation to attend every week. Some of our members speak a little English, and you’re welcome to contact us in English. Location: Softball grounds in Imabari City Games: Weekdays, 7:30–9:30 p.m. Practice: Sundays, 8:30–11:30 a.m. Age: Up to around 40 Membership: Your first year is free. From the second year, the annual fee is ¥10,000. Students pay no membership fee. Come along to watch or try a practice before deciding whether to join. Send us a message to arrange a visit—we’d be happy to meet you. |
