| 連絡事項や アピールポイント | 🏓【日曜午後・卓球メンバー募集】＠世田谷（経堂駅近く） 「最近ちょっと運動不足かも」「気軽に卓球を楽しみたい」「もっとうまくなりたい」そんな方、一緒にラリーや基礎練習しませんか？ 現在、日曜日の午後に世田谷区内の地区センターで、基礎的な卓球練習をしています。内容はフォアハンドラリーを中心としたシンプルなものなので、難しい技術は必要ありません。フォアハンドである程度ラリーが続けられる方であれば、どなたでもご参加いただけます。 本格的な試合志向というよりは、「楽しく体を動かしながら、少しずつ上達していけたらいいな」という雰囲気です。久しぶりに卓球をする方や、これから継続的に運動したい方にもぴったりです。 ■日時：日曜日の午後 ■場所：世田谷区の地区センター（経堂駅近く） ■費用：無料 ■設備：エアコン完備で快適 ■対象：年齢・性別不問 少しでも興味があれば、ぜひお気軽にご連絡ください。 まずは軽く打ってみるくらいの気持ちで大丈夫です。ご参加お待ちしています Sunday Afternoon Table Tennis – Casual Practice Partners Wanted! (Setagaya, near Kyodo Station) Looking for a fun and easy way to stay active? Why not join us for some relaxed table tennis practice on Sunday afternoons? We currently meet at a community center in Setagaya and focus on basic practice, especially simple forehand rallies. You don’t need to be highly skilled—if you can rally with a forehand, that’s more than enough. The goal is not intense competition, but enjoying the game while gradually improving together. This is a friendly and welcoming environment, perfect for those who want to get back into table tennis after a break, or for anyone looking to build a healthy habit through light exercise.
